My orders
When will my order be despatched?
Your item will be packed the day we receive the order or the next working day. If your book is not in stock, we let you know and process your order using our print-on-demand system. Printing your book using this system requires approximately 7 days and we will then send on to you. We will notify you by email when your order is sent.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use the standard shipping service equivalent to the UK's second class service, which takes 2-4 days from despatch. Orders for European countries outside the UK take 4-9 business days and orders to the rest of the World take 10-15 business days from dispatch. Please see Shipping Times & Charges.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge shipping per item and not per parcel weight or per delivery. However, our current special offer includes "Free UK postage for postal orders above £25". This offer does not include eBooks or items provided in electronic form, such as Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers.
